    Ingredients:

300g half lean half fat pork meat
    2 slices pineapple (100g)
300ml fermented anchovy sauce (mắm nêm) – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
Sugar, chili, lemon, garlic, Magi’s stuff, vinegar
    1 carrot
Salad, Vietnamese mint herb, heart leaves, pepper mint leaves
    Roasted peanut, smashed
    Vermicelli

    Process:
    Step 1
: Boil pork meat. When boiling, add more ½ teaspoon salt and a little Magi’s stuff. Boil about 8 – 10 minutes; turn off the heat and cover the pot carefully. Pork meat will be cooked in this process, do not boil too much, meat will not good anymore.

Step 2: Put pork meat on plate, slice thinly and arrange on plate.
Step 3: Clean, cut off the eyes from pineapple and mince well. Peel off the cover of garlic; mince garlic with chili + 3 tablespoons sugar. Mix with minced pineapple + garlic + chili into fermented anchovy sauce bowl. Use spoon to stir well and season to suit your flavor. Add more some lemon drops. Here is also the important step to create one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes for yourself and family.

Step 4: Clean well all vegetables. Peel off the cover of carrot, slice fiber and soak into water added 3 tablespoons vinegar, 2 teaspoons salt and 2 teaspoons sugar.

Finally, all your basic steps are done. When serving, add vegetables on the bottom of bowl, add more vermicelli, sliced pork meat, pickled carrot and pour a little sauce on face. Sprinkle more roasted peanut is my favorite. How do you feel? My drool is still running in my mouth. Hope you satisfy with one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes and Good Luck for your Cooking.
