    Stir-fried Loopah with Mushrooms Recipe (Mướp Xào Nấm)

    Today I am kinda busy from working and studying, that is why I choose one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes to cook for myself and family. This is Stir-fried Loopad with Mushrooms (Mướp Xào Nấm). it is not only delicious, but also really good for your health. The natural sweetness from loopad and mushrooms is really amazing, especially when you combine with boiled rice.

    Ingredients:
    1 loopah fruit
    200g straw mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms
    Salt, spring onion, coriander, fish sauce and Magi’s stuff

    Process:
    Step 1
    : Clean well mushrooms, cut off the roots, soak in water added a little salt in 10 minutes and clean again.

    Step 2
    : Use knife to cut mushrooms thinly.

    Step 3
    : Peel off the cover of loopah, clean and slice small.

    Step 4
    : Heat the oil (2- 3 teaspoons), add sliced purple onion and fry until it is fragrant. Next, add more sliced mushrooms and fry in 7 – 10 minutes. To create one of amazing and Easy Vietnamese Recipes, you should season with a little fish sauce instead of salt.

    Step 5: Next, add more sliced loopah into pan and fry quickly until it is soft.
