    Stir-fried Green Beans with Beef Recipe (Đậu Xào Thịt Bò) 1

    Ingredients:

    300g of green beans
    150g of beef meat
    1 crushed clove of garlic
    2 tablespoons of cooking oil
    Pepper, oyster oil and some coriander for decoration.

    Process:

    Step 1: Wash and slice the green beans or you can just wash it only if you donot like to slice it. Boil it , remember to add a little bit of salt. Take it out and soak in cold water. It will help the green beans keep its colour and crunchiness – those are facts that make our dish so attempting among other Vietnamese Dish Recipes.


    Step 2: Slice the beef into medium pieces.\
    Step 3: Add the cooking oil in a hot pan. Add garlic, beef and oyster oil in. Stir fry it quickly (about 50 seconds) and put it on a plate. Add the green beans in, add some pepper and a little bit of oyster oil to stir fry. Finally, you can add the beef in and quickly stir it. Be careful, you can easily over-cook the beef.


    When serving, you put it on a plate decorating on top of it is some coriander. It is best served when it is still hot so donot cook it too soon if you are not gonna eat it right after finishing cooking. Even though, you can put it in the oven or microwave to heat up again, the beef will not be at its best consition anymore.
