With a score of 92.7, Ecuador is topped with strengths in terms of cost of living, health care, recreation, and climate. Besides Vietnam, Malaysia (86.8 points), Thailand (84.6 points), the Philippines (76.3 points) and Cambodia (73.7 points) are the four other Asian countries in this list.
