    Ingredients:

    Making sponge: 125ml caramel sauce, 150g cake flour, 83g cacao flour, 3g baking soda, 120g dark chocolate, 90ml butter, 125ml buttermilk, 125g sugar, 2 eggs, 5ml vanilla.

    Making flan cake: 420g condensed milk, 625ml fresh milk, 180g cream cheese, 6 eggs, 4 yolks, 5ml vanilla.


    Process:

    Step 1: Mix cake flour, cacao flour, baking soda and a little salt into small bowl, mix well.

    Step 2: Put chocolate and butter into glass bowl, put into microwave about 2 minutes or until they are all melted.

    Step 3: Next, add more buttermilk, sugar, eggs and vanilla into mixture in step 2, stir well.

    Step 4: Pour all mixture flour in step 1 into mixture in step 3 slowly and stir well.

    Step 5: Spread a little butter or oil around pattern and pour caramel sauce into bottom.
