    Mung Bean Cake Paper with Sausage Recipe (Bánh Tráng Đậu Xanh Xúc Xích)

    Ingredients:
    25gr mung bean flour
    60gr wheat flour
    3 chinese sticks (Quẩy) – Buy at Asian Markets
    3 eggs
    3 sausages
    Salad, spring onion
    Ketchup.

    Process:
    Step 1
    : Mix wheat flour + mung bean flour together. Next, pour 100 – 150 ml water and stir well. Pour in 4 small bowls with equal mixture.


    Step 2
    : Use an unstick pan to make mung bean paper. Pour 1 small bowl of mixture in step 1 and spread on face of pan. Wait in 2 – 3 minutes. You should use small heat for making one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes in this step.


    Step 3
    : Mix 1 egg with 1 – 2 teaspoons ketchup and pour on face of mung bean paper.


    Step 4: Add 1 salad, 1 Chinese stick, 1 sausage on the center and roll it. Continue to cook 3 left mung bean paper rolls.
