    Fresh Sweet Melon Ice-Cream Recipe (Kem Dưa Lưới)

    The weather is freaking hot on these days, especially in Ho Chi Minh City. That is why today I will introduce one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes for all you guys. It is called Sweet Melon Ice-Cream (Kem Dưa Lưới). This fruit is really delicious. Beside of eating it with sugar, you can make ice-cream with this amazing fruit. However, you should notice that the cover contains many bad viruses, especially Salmonella. So you should clean carefully before cutting it.


    With many ways to create stunning dishes from sweet melon, you can apply my recipe to create a delicious dessert for your family. And if you have kids, I bet they will love it.     Ingredients:
    2kg fresh sweet melon
    30ml lemon juice (the first water)
    60gr white sugar.

    Process:
    Step 1
    : Clean sweet melon carefully in 3 – 4 times. Peel off the cover and slice into small cubes.

    Step 2: Pour lemon juice into grinder.

    Step 3
    : Add more sugar into grinder machine.

    Step 4: Next, add all sliced sweet melon into and grind well.

    Step 5

    : Pour mixture into glass mould, and but in fridge in few hours.

    Step 7
    : After that, use fork to rake this ice-cream and put in fridge again in 20 minutes. Repeat this process in 2 – 3 times until it is soft well.

    Finally, your dessert is already finished. Add some basil leaves or skin of lemon on face to decorate it.
