    Grilled Fresh Squid with Chili Powder Recipe

    Easy Vietnamese recipes require not much time for cooking.  One of them is grilled fresh squid with chili powder. It is also one of most popular street food of young Vietnamese people. The process is not difficult. It is sweet, spicy and not much tough.

    Today, I will show you the way to make one of stunning easy Vietnamese recipes for yourself, family and friends. Please follow carefully these ingredients and process from now on.

    400gr Fresh Squid
    1tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp sugar, 2tsp olive oil.
    Spring Onion.

    Step 1
    : Clean carefully squids with a little salt.
    Step 2: Mix salt, chili powder, salt, pepper and 1 tsp olive oil. (Or you can buy chili paste instead).

    Step 3: Slice spring onion, mix with 1tsp olive oil. Next, put into microwave about 30 seconds.
    Step 4: Mix squids with chili paste above together. And marinate about 30 minutes before grilling.

    Step 5
    : Grill squids at 180 degree about 10 to 12 minutes. Even it is one of easy Vietnamese recipes, but I suggest you should focus on this step. If you grill it too much, squids will tough and not delicious anymore. Sometime, squeeze a little spring onion and oil on the face of squids.

    Finally, you finished this dish. You can invite your family or friends to come to enjoy when it is still hot. If you love spicy, you can use with chili sauce.
