    Braised Beef Thigh with Pineapple Recipe (Bắp Bò Kho Dứa)

    600gr beef thigh
    ¼ pineapple
    Spices: salt, sugar, fish sauce, spring onion, garlic, pepper, chili.

    Step 1
    : Clean beef thigh carefully. Slice into medium pieces.

    Step 2: Put beef thigh into pot, add more water to cover all beef. Cook about 15 – 20 minutes in meidum heat. Then, put beef on plate. Keep the broth on cooking stove.

    Step 3: Cut off the eyes of pineapple, slice into short pieces.

    : Cook in medium heat until beef thigh is soft. Season again to suit your flavor. Turn off the heat.
