    Stir fried Beef with Jicama Recipe (Bò Xào Củ Đậu)

    One of other Easy Vietnamese Recipes I am going to introduce today is Stir fried Beef with Beans (Bò Xào Củ Đậu). The combination between beef and jicama will create a strange flavor but really tasty for your meal. Do you want to try cooking it?

    Ingredients:

    300g beef
    1 jicama (100 – 150g)
    Salt, oyster oil, Magi’s stuff, spring onion, coriander, garlic, pepper

    Process:
    Step 1
    : Clean and slice beef thinly. Marinate with 1 teaspoon salt, a little oyster oil, pepper, mix well and wait about 15 minutes. Peel off the cover of jicama, clean and slice fiber.

    Step 2: Heat a little oil, add minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant. Next, add sliced beef and fry quickly with large heat in few minutes. Pour into clean plate.

    Step 3
    : Use that pan again, add sliced jicama with a little oyster oil and fry in 5 – 8 minutes. Even here is one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes, but you should fry carefully in this process to make sure jicama will not be broken too much.

    Finally, add fried beef into pan too, season again to suit your flavor, turn off the heat. Bring to serve with boiled rice and hot soup is the traditional way of Vietnamese people.
