    Fried Spicy Tofu Recipe (Đậu Hũ Xào Cay)

    Ingredients:

    2 – 3 slices tofu (200 – 300g)
    200g grinded pork
    Salt, spring onion, garlic, ginger, sugar, oyster oil, soya sauce, Magi’s stuff, fish sauce, pepper
    Chili sauté

    Process:
    Step 1
    : Clean well tofu, slice into small cubes. Heat the oil (2 – 3 tablespoons), bring all sliced tofu and fry until they turn brown yellow.

    Step 2: Peel off the cover of ginger, mince well with garlic. Marinate grinded pork with ½ teaspoon salt, a little pepper, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, mix well and wait in 15 minutes. Here is also the first step to create the flavor for one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes.
