    Grilled Silver Shrimps with Butter and Garlic (Tôm Nướng Bơ Tỏi) will be my snack meal in this Saturday.     500g silver shrimps
    2 – 3 small brands garlic
    30g butter (no salt)
    Salt, Magi’s stuff, pepper, lime

    Step 1:
    Cut off the head and legs of shrimps. Use knife to cut one line on each shrimp’s back. Pull out the black line on their backs. Clean well and wait to get dry.

    Step 2: Peel off the cover of garlic, mince well.

    : Melt butter, mix it with minced garlic + 1 teaspoon salt + ½ teaspoon Magi’ stuff + a little pepper.
