    Roasted Crab with Oyster Sauce Recipe (Ghẹ Rang Sốt Dầu Hào)

    2 -3 Fresh Crabs (2 – 2,5kg)
    2 tablespoons tapioca flour
    1 tablespoon oyster oil
    1 tablespoon soybean sauce
    Spices: Salt, pepper, Maggi’s stuff.
    Ginger, garlic, scallion.

    Step 1: Clean carefully crab in 2 -3 times. Cut in half. Peel off the cover of ginger; grind it. Clean scallion, slice small.
