300g grinded pork
½ onion
Some shiitake mushrooms
10 big cabbage leaves
Spring onion.
Process:
Step 1: Peel off the cover of onion, clean and mince well. Soak mushroom in water about 5 – 10 minutes, then slice small.
Step 2: Marinate pork meat with salt, pepper, sugar, sliced mushroom and minced onion. Mix well and wait about 15 – 20 minutes.
Step 3: Clean cabbage leaves, soak quickly in hot water to make it is softer and thicker. Soak spring onion into hot water in 1 minute as well. With this step, you can use spring onion to roll cabbage leaves w pork meat.
