    Fermented Chopped Pork Recipe (Nem Chua)

    From many Easy Vietnamese Recipes, today I would like to introduce homemade Fermented Chopped Pork (Nem Chua) for all you guys.

    With simple way for making one of Easy Vietnamese Recipes like this dish. You can make one stunning food for your family and yourself in Tet holiday.

    Ingredients:
    450g beef meat
    200g pork meat
    200g pork skin (Bì) – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
    1 Nam powder seasoning mix – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
    Salt, sugar, pepper, garlic, chili

    Process:
    Step 1: Clean well pork skin (Bì). Boil water and soak in 7 – 12 minutes. Cover the pot when soaking. The, soak in cold water in 5 minute and bring to slice thinly.

    Step 2: Clean well pork and beef meat with hot water added a little salt. Then, slice them small. Put in fridge in 3 – 4 hours and bring to grind well.
