    1 long eggplant
    200gr grinded pork
    1 clove ginger
    40gr salty radish – Buy at Vietnamese Markets
    Scallion, chili powder
    Spices: salt, oyster oil, purplr onion, Maggi’s stuff, sugar, vegetable oil, pepper, garlic.
