    Fried Pumpkin Cake Recipe (Bánh Bí Đỏ Chiên)

    ¼ pumpkin (450g)
    ½ teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon sugar
    100g whole wheat flour
    Chili (Optional)

    Step 1
    : Peel off the cover of pumpkin, clean and slice into long and thin pieces.

    : Add pumpkin into bowl, add more ½ teaspoon salt, mix well.
