    Roasted Crispy Pork Belly Recipe (Heo Quay)

    Ingredients:
    1kg Pork belly
    20ml Mai Quế Lộ wine (buy at Vietnamese markets)
    20ml white vinegar
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons Maggie Seasoning Powder
    3 teaspoons sugar
    3 teaspoons 5 flavor powder
    1 teaspoon pepper.
    Process:
