    Stir fried Broccoli with Beef and String Bean Recipe (Bò Xào Đậu và Bông Cải)

    Ingredients:

    150g beef
    100g string bean
    ¼ white broccoli (100g)
    ¼ green broccoli (100g)
    Garlic, fish sauce, Magi’s stuff, pepper
    Spring onion

    Process:
    Step 1:
    Clean and slice beef thinly. Marinate with ½ teaspoon salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon oil. Mix well and wait about 15 minutes.

    : Clean and slice spring onion small. Clean and slice string bean into short pieces. Clean and soak broccoli in water added a little salt in 10 minutes. Then, clean again and slice into short pieces.

    Step 3
