    Fried Sticky Rice with Meat Stuffing Recipe (Xôi Chiện Nhân Thịt)

    For me, enjoy Fried sticky rice with meat stuffing (Xôi Chiên Nhân Thịt)  in cold days is never better. I am absolutely fall in love with it. It is one of my favorite Vietnamese Food Recipes. Moreover, you can make this dish without meat stuffing. It is still delicious. Using with chili sauce will bring a spectacular flavor in your mouth. If you love food, especially sticky rice, here is the dish you should not skip in this winter.

    So, are you ready to make one of amazing Vietnamese Food Recipes? If you want to change your boring daily meals, here is the good choice. Please follow our instructions below carefully.

    Ingredients:

    300gr Sticky rice
    50gr Carrot
    100gr grinded pork meat
    1 Jelly’s ear mushroom
    50gr cassava fruit
    Cotton Pork Meat (Chà Bông Heo), scallion, 2 cloves purple onion
    Spices: salt, sugar, pepper, fish sauce.

    Process:
    Step 1
    : Soak sticky rice in cold water 3 hours. Then, bring to cook. Use more water than normal way for cooking rice.
    Step 2:  Peel off the cover of cassava, clean and slice small. You make the same process for carrot.

    Step 3: Soak Jelly’s ear mushroom into cold water about 5 – 10 minutes. Cut off the root, slice thinly.

    Step 4
    : Mix sliced cassava + jelly’s ear mushroom + carrot + grinded pork + ½ teaspoon Maggi’s stuff together.

    Step 5
    : Here is the first step for cooking to create one of amazing Vietnamese Food Recipes. Add oil into pan, wait to heat, add more minced garlic + purple onion and fry until they are fragrant. Next, pour mixture of pork meat (in step 4) into pan and fry quickly about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat.

    Step 6
    : Clean scallion, slice small. Pour 1 tablespoon oil on bowl, add more sliced scallion into bowl. Put into microwave about 30 seconds to cook. When sticky rice cooked, scoop on plate and wait to get cold.

    Step 7
    : Next, add boiled sticky rice on small circle mould added a little oil on the bottom. Use your hands to press it. Continue this process until sticky rice is out.
    Step 8: Add 2 tablespoons oil on pan, wait to heat, add sticky rice on pan and fry until they become yellow and crispy. After that, put them on plate added paper napkin on the bottom.

    Step 9
    : Wait until sticky rice gets cold, cut in half for each, spread mixture (in step 6) on one face sticky rice. Next, add meat (in step 5) + shredded pork in the middle. Then, use another side of sticky rice to cover it.

    Finally, your dish is ready to serve. Using this with chili sauce is amazing. You cannot deny its flavor when you eating it. I suggest you should use when it is hot.
