    Ingredients:

    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1 purple onion, peeled and sliced thinly
    10ml lemon juice
    5gr ginger, peeled and sliced thinly and long
    50ml soy sauce
    50ml olive oil
    15ml honey
    1 teaspoon pepper
    500gr chicken meat (use the breast part).

    Process:
    Step 1
    : Mix garlic, purple onion and ginger into grinder and grind well. Next add more honey and mix together.

    : Then, add more soy sauce into mixture (in step 1).

    Step 3: Continue add olive oil and lemon juice into grinder. Grind again to mix them well.

    Step 4
