    Stir fried Beef with Bean Sprout and Shallot Recipe (Bò Xào Giá Hẹ)

    Today, my mom cooked Stir fried Beef with Bean Sprout and Shallot (Bò Xào Giá Hẹ) from my family meal. This dish comes from many Easy Vietnamese Recipes.     250g bean sprout
    1 bunch (50g) green shallot
    100g beef
    Oyster oil, salt, Magi’s stuff, pepper, oil, minced garlic (3 teaspoons).

    Step 1
    : Clean and slice beef thinly. Marinate with 1 teaspoon oyster oil and wait about 15 minutes.

    Step 2
    : Clean and slice green shallot into short pieces.

    Step 3
    : Heat the oil, add minced garlic and fry until it is fragrant and fry sliced beef with large heat in few minutes.

    Step 4
    : Next, add more bean sprout, green shallot into pan and season to suit your flavor with a little salt, Magi’s stuff.

    Finally, your dish is ready to serve. Before eating, sprinkle more pepper on face of food to increase its specific flavor. Eating with boiled rice and hot soup is my choice today.
